Gets really boring really fast, the author/developer tried to simulate a free roaming style UI, however it's definitely a failure. The continuous effort to create a choice base novel was a failure. Most decisions don't affect anything. The story line started out well but after a while it just dragged out. It became evident that the author started focusing more on making it a choice based game rather than focusing on the story content. A lot of the content didn't add up to anything. For a private detective the main character is mostly useless, . Basically this would have been better if the developer created a visual novel instead or remained linear with the story line. The effort to make it a choice based just made things worst as the story progressed.

All you have to do is sit in - a sleepy town and wait. - On your first day of what you believe is doing nothing and getting paid for it, you get roped into doing a little bit of private detecting for someone, which should only take a few days. Hence the name of the game. - Once word gets around that there is a Private Detective in town, a few people start showing up with their petty small-town problems, none of them can afford to actually pay what a Private Detective normally charges, but one by one you keep getting sucked into it, realizing slowly that all is not what it seems.
