Be fucked, and you can maybe avoid being executed. Protect your virginity, and you will probably have to deal with many enemies. But if you get knocked up, either from agreeing to have sex or from being raped or coerced, then you're sure to die. That's it. Become a slave if you want to live, until you wish your own death. The summary does not mention the "Horror" tag. It really should.
