The game has music and sound effects and moaning sounds. But there is no voice acting. Basically you can play a single night where your sister plays. And depending on what you do you end the game with a certain type of ending. That is, the sister talking about what happened and how she is going to deal with it. The beginning of the game is her telling her that she is going to leave the bedroom door open for her brother because he pays her school expenses. So the game is a sleep sex game. Where the mouse touches the girl's body. There are hands, tongue and penis. But her movements and her reaction to them are not very good. The game is quite unchallenging. I found it a waste of time. For 30Mo, it'll take you 30Mn, the pixilated style is good, and the animations are greats ! It could be better if there's more things to do, like "nights" and after each night you can do more things but it's even more difficult to act, well you know what I mean ....
